Shipping Policy

Under normal situation, DHL eCommerce shipping service, UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS delivery) will deliver your order within 4-7 working days within the US. Packages are usually processed and handed over to USPS within 1-3 days.

International shipments usually need 14-20 business days to be delivered, however, in some cases, the delivery process may take a little longer depending on the location of the destination country.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can either return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of your order, have it replaced or exchanged for the same or another product.
