Orders are typically processed and handed off to our carrier within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes our team to prepare and package your order, and is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Orders placed during high-volume periods, such as promotions, restocks, or holidays, may require additional processing time. We will do our best to notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods

We work with third-party shipping carriers and shipping technology platforms to fulfill and deliver orders within the United States and internationally. Depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout, your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, or another carrier available through our shipping platform. The carrier used for your specific order is determined at the time of shipment based on factors such as destination, package size, and service availability.

Shipping Rates

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost.

Real-Time Shipping Rates at Checkout

Our checkout uses shipping technology that may calculate available shipping options and rates dynamically based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping method you select, and carrier availability at the time of purchase. Because these rates are generated in real time, the shipping cost and delivery estimate shown at checkout reflect the most accurate information available for your specific order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available. You can also check the status of your order at any time using our order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking activity to update, as it may take time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and provide accurate delivery estimates, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, high order volumes, or regional service disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our reasonable control, but we will do our best to assist you if your order is delayed.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can look into the status of your shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer at checkout.

We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been handed off to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We package all orders with care, but issues can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@salamelashartistry.com within 14 of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier facility, as packages are occasionally marked delivered shortly before arrival. If the package cannot be located, contact us so we can assist and, if appropriate, file a claim with the carrier.

  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information that are later stolen from the delivery location. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or a shipping method that requires a signature if this is a concern.

After Delivery

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, please inspect the contents promptly. If there is a problem with your order, including damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item, please contact us within14days of the delivery date so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We ship to international destinations in addition to the United States. International orders may be subject to longer delivery times, customs inspections, and import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping cost charged at checkout. Available international shipping methods and rates will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address.
