Shipping Policy

Under normal situation, DHL eCommerce shipping service, UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS delivery) will deliver your order within 4-7 working days within the US. Packages are usually processed and handed over to USPS within 1-3 days.

International shipments usually need 14-20 business days to be delivered, however, in some cases, the delivery process may take a little longer depending on the location of the destination country.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can either return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of your order, have it replaced or exchanged for the same or another product. We will ship out a replacement or initiate a full refund for the product as soon as our warehouse team receives and puts it back to the system. Please note that this may take some time and, much to our regret, we cannot speed up this process.
